We looked into using bit pay to accept bitcoin on our website. Turns out they have no customer service phone number that you can call. If you just buying and selling bitcoin's for fun that may be okay, but when you are running a business you will eventually need to call somebody and talk to them. And not having such a service was certainly a deal breaker, and I would imagine would be for many other businesses and business people.
I have made two payments using the service and it worked fantastic. fees are minimal and the transaction was pretty quick
