Changelly has a lot of cryptocurrencies to choose from and as was already stated, you can purchase with credit/debit cards (but be careful purchasing this way as the fees are really high). They have high trading limits and for those with privacy concerns, all that changelly asks for is an email address. Those might be the reasons why customer support has been slow as many are flocking to this exchange. Overall, though, I am pleased with changelly and the currency options I have here.
As one of the only websites that you can instantly buy coins with a debit/credit card Chaneglly is a must use website, but with this comes very slow customer service, and server down time, I have still been waiting over 3 hours now to get an exchange to you through, with the error "Server Unavailable" no matter what coin I try to use in the exchange
