Let me start of by saying that this is an ambitious project with a tremendous team. HOWEVER, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have an open ticket since December 4, 2017. I mistakenly sent ETH to QASH address. But QASH is an ERC20 token, so 100% retrievable. My mistake was a habitual one because most exchanges have all ERC20 tokens with same Ethereum address to make it easier to distinguish blockchains. QUOINE decided to have separate addresses for all ERC20 tokens. I have talked to the people at the head of the company who tried to reassure me however became unresponsive later on. Still waiting on my ticket to be resolved. I do not see any incentive to use their exchanges.
