Up until they broke their word they were ok, but I preferred bitfinex until they stopped serving U.S. customers. now that poloniex has apparently stolen everything I had on their site it does not matter how ok they WERE... I lost some on cryptsy also, but nothing like this. I do take responsibility for trusting them at their word . I should have known better... I am not against requiring verification, the fact they broke their word and did it the way they did is underhanded and unforgivable . and so far they are not responding to support tickets... I give them a thumbs down.
I cant withdraw my money back for 60 days... There is no any Support Team..
