I tried to have contact with them, by message , twitter account @spectrocoin, and livechat. 1.Message(helpdesk). It doesn't work. "It usually takes 24 hours or less to get a response from SpectroCoin." It's not true, True is they never read your message and reply. 2.Twitter account(@spectrocoin) It replies so fast , but your case will be never solved.Damn... 3.Livechat Reply so fast, and your case is going to be checked up very soon.Awesome. Actually they say " we recommend you should have contact with livechat, not a message and twitter account".
